Discounts at Takashimaya Japan
(applicable to both Takashimaya Platinum American Express Card and Visa Card)
Enjoy a 3% discount+ when you shop in Japan (except for all
the food and beverage outlet such as restaurant, food court). Or get a
5% discount++ when you pay by cash, with a minimum purchase of 3,000
yen. To receive the cash payment discount, simply obtain a discount
card from the Information Counter at individual stores.

 The first shopping card designed with a microchip which stores Takashimaya Bonus Points based on purchases made at Takashimaya Department Store. Accumulated bonus points are redeemable for Takashimaya Gift Voucher. |

How to Earn Your Bonus Points
All you have to do is pay your purchases with cash, NETS or National Cash Card. Every $10 purchase on a single same-day receipt earns you 1 bonus point. The more purchases you make, the more bonus points you earn. Update of bonus points has to be done on same day as purchase. |

Application Fee
A fee of $15 (inclusive of GST) will be levied for every
card issued. |

Application Method
You can apply for your Takashimaya Cash Smart Card personally at our Customer Service Centre on Level 2. Please bring along a recent coloured passport photo and your NRIC for (Singaporeans, permanent resident) or passport and work permit pass/dependent pass (for foreigners) for your applications. |

Application Regulations
Applicants must be:
• 18 years old and above
• a Singapore citizen or permanent resident
• or a work permit holder. |
|

Validity
The validity period of the card is 3 years from the date
of issue. |

Bonus Points Redemption
Accumulate a minimum of 100 Bonus Points and exchange for $30 Takashimaya Gift Vouchers. |

Loss Or Theft Of The Card*
In the event of the VISA Card being lost or stolen, the Takashimaya VISA Cardholder should immediately notify DBS Card Centre. As for the Cash Smart Cardholder, he/she should notify Takashimaya Customer Service. All Takashimaya bonus points earned cannot be reinstated in the event of any lost or stolen cards. |

Expiry & Non-Transferability Of Bonus Points*
Takashimaya bonus points will expire together with
the expiry of the Card. Unused bonus points on the expired card
cannot be transferred to renewed or other Takashimaya Cards. |

Variations*
Takashimaya Singapore Limited reserves the right at any time and from time to time at its sole discretion and without prior notice to amend or reserve the benefits and privileges conferred by the use of the Card at the store or any participating outlets, if any. |
