Information on Ordering (GIFTS)

      1. Please complete the form clearly in BLOCK letters and FAX it to The Business Development Department (65)6735 4723.

      2. Kindly fill up all fields.

      3. Confirmation of fax orders will be within 3 working days, otherwise call us at (65)6506 0500/ 0496/ 0497/ 0499.

      4. Order forms received after 5pm will be processed the next working day.

      5. All Orders require 3 working days for processing before delivery.

      7. Please indicate your preferred flavour of seaweed chips for Yamamoto Noriten Hello Kitty range at Item Name column.

Terms & Conditions

      1. Takashimaya Singapore Ltd reserves the right to substitute products of equal value in the event the original products are sold out.

      2. All products featured are subjected to stock availability.

      3. Please refer to the below for delivery charges:

      1. All the delivery is within mainland Singapore only.

      2. Delivery does not include restricted areas such as Jurong Island, Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, PSA Singapore Terminals, Embassies and Singapore Armed Forces Camp sites.

      3. All orders signed by recipient, will be deemed received in good order and condition.

      4. All paid-for items and failed deliveries are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

      5. All prices are inclusive of GST.

      3. FREE delivery within mainland Singapore for orders above $150 per basket(subject to delivery date availability).

      4. Orders of hampers below $150 will be charged $15(including GST) for delivery to a single address in Singapore. (Takashimaya Cardholders need only pay $15 delivery charge for orders below $100).

      5. Hampers purchased on Takashimaya Cardholder Day below $200 will be charged $15(including GST) for delivery to a single address in Singapore.
